About Darlene Ogara

Born in Scotland, Darlene has always had a passion for all things beauty.  She went on to gain international qualifications in Hairdressing and Advanced Diplomas in Beauty, Electrology and Business. Her extensive experience includes a position she held as beauty therapists with the Steiner Maritime division on board the luxury cruise liner QE2, which she enjoyed for over two years. Her love of travel landed her in Australia in 1992 and she has remained here ever since.  In recent years she moved to a government accredited training academy to support the expanding medi-aesthetics and laser industry. Her next chapter is Operations Manager for Light Years Skin Studio where she works with an amazing team of skilled and passionate skin professionals helping them achieve exceptional treatment results that is contributing to the ever-growing reputation and business development of Light Year’s Skin Studio.

About Lisa Conway

Lisa Conway is the Founder of The ZING Project, an industry-leading Salon Coaching business based in Australia, with clients through Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Lisa has written three books (with a 4th in the pipeline) and is an avid self-confessed health and fitness junkie. Lisa speaks, coaches and writes the same way she approaches life – unfiltered and straight from the heart with passion, humour and a true belief that people hold the secrets to success within themselves. 

With 10 years of establishing and building ZING behind her, she now heads a team of industry-specific business coaches who know the business inside-out. The ZING Project only works with those within the hair and beauty industry.

However, her passion has always been in the beauty industry.  Since acquiring the national distribution rights to Meder Beauty Science Leah has utilised her business acumen to help support salons and clinics gain the proven business growth strategies to achieve both an impeccable reputation in treatment outcomes as well thriving business growth.

Andrew Lim brings over 20 years of finance experience to his role of Director of Third-Party Distribution at Valiant Finance.
